Payment Methods
Texas sales tax of 8.25% applies to all rentals. A valid credit card is required to rent — payment is taken on delivery and a hold is placed on the card as security. Delivery is negotiable with no hard boundaries; call for rates. BOMA members receive 10% off.

Serving the North Texas and Dallas–Fort Worth area, including Van Alstyne, Sherman, Denison, McKinney, Frisco, Plano, Allen, Prosper, Celina and the surrounding counties. Outside that area? Ask — we may still be able to work something out.

Before You Send
What do I need in order to rent?
A working knowledge of the equipment and a valid credit card. Payment is taken by card on delivery and a hold is placed on the card as security for the equipment. We also speak with every renter before the equipment goes out — especially a first rental — so we can be sure it is the right tool for the work.
Do you deliver? How far?
Yes, and there are no hard boundaries — if we can get it to you on time, we will. Delivery is negotiable, so tell us the job location and we will quote it. We would rather deliver straight to the job site, but a public meeting place can be arranged. Having us deliver saves your crew the drive out and back, which is usually the whole point.
Do you offer any trade discounts?
BOMA members receive 10% off published rental rates. Mention your membership when you enquire.
Can you tell me if this equipment will work for my job?
Yes — that is exactly what the form and the phone call are for. Tell us the pipe size, the access point and roughly how far you need to run. The camera system is rated for 2" to 6" lines up to 200 feet. If your job is outside that, we will tell you straight rather than rent you something that will not work.
What if you do not carry the tool I need?
Put in a request. We are adding equipment continually and a specific ask from a customer is the fastest way onto that list.
